100 Days to go today!
Nervous, much?! Not really just heaps to get done before then. Web hosting sorted, web design almost there and 5fm contacted me yesterday to feature the journey on YoungBlood5, so things are taking shape!
Today I was reminded of the special person at the centre of this journey, someone who inspires everyone who is fortunate enough to meet her- Chaeli Mycroft. I took Sonja (The Ubuntu girl) & Tithitay (100Heroes Project) to experience the magic of the Chaeli Cottage & all the special people who work there. Chaeli, is busy writting exams so we where happy she had the time to share with us, even though she told us we where procrastination!
As soon as I heard about Tithiya, I knew I had to take her to meet Chaeli- after all the amazing people she has met, her trip would not be complete without meeting our very own Chaeli.
I’m taking her to visit the Chaeli Cottage at lunch on Thursday!
Yesterday I had the privalage of meeting the vibrante Sonja Kruse, The Ubuntu Girl, to hear about her amazing year of goodwill travel. It was nice to connect with someone who also chooses to rather highlight the good in society. She is busy compiling all her stories into a book which will be a testiment to the Ubuntu still alive and well in South Africa.
My greatest strength is that I believe that I can do anything.
